Didn’t purge last night, but I can feel food inside me still and I just hate it

Hate not waking up and feeling a flat “empty” belly :/ been a fat pig past 2evenings!! :( but can only get better, I refuse to go back to hating my body

Why do you always make it seem like its my fault?! Why do I always feel like iv made a problem out of nothing?! Why do I always leave feeling stupid and worthless?! You say you love me?! But how can that be?!
